Sophie is a special goat in our herd. She got sick not once, but twice as a young kid and spent a majority of her time inside the house until she was a few weeks old after spending a few days at the University Vet Clinic. We joke that we’ve spent too much money on her to ever sell her but the truth is I’m just attached. Sophie is now more of a pet doe than a show doe, but we may get her out to a few shows just for fun as a milker.
